Founded by Matthew J. Barulich, Jr. in 1948, following his return from World War II. Matthew spent 2 years working for Safeco Insurance Company as an Underwriter, and then became an Agent and Broker representing Safeco and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Jerome Barulich joined the Agency in 1984 after graduating from California State University Chico and working for Fireman's Fund as a Commercial Casualty Underwriter for 2 years. Long term relationships are the backbone of our Industry, and we have over 70 years working closely with our clients and carriers.
